I retired in 1990, and have at last started my retirement project - to rebuild my 1934 Rover 12 Tourer. I need all the help I can get.

34 Rover 12 Tourer

34/36 10/12 Dumb Iron Covers

34 both headlamp bars with cast chairs in good condition

A perfect Front bumper - advise overall length

34/36 sidelamp innards

34/36 battery carrier - advise dimensions - I have one as a pattern but I'm not sure it's correct for a tourer.

34 10/12 Owner's Handbook (Car No 411755) - I will offer a 35 one in exchange (Cars Numbered 501001, 511001 and 541001 onwards)

34 10/12 Tourer Sidescreens -
I have only a left front and a right rear screen, both very tatty.

A perfect 34 10/12 instrument panel, click for details see 1

The Lamps / Charging Rate switch is required, click for details see 2, preferably as a swap for an earlier one I have - Lucas PLC.TYPE click for details which incorporates a central ignition key, is brand new and has different legends. I don't know what Rover model it fits. Otherwise, I'm going to have to do the lettering, and that's not my forte or even threete.

Startix Control Switch for above click for details see 3
I have one, thanks to Mike Evans, but the front needs plating and there's the lettering to be done.

34 horn back cover in good condition - fits round a 5 inch diameter, see detail click for details

34 Gear stick assembly in perfect condition from any P2 model. A later one might fit but I'd need to make measurements to be sure.

Sidescreen bolt. click for details I need 6 of these and they are 2.25 inches from the tip of the wing to the opposite side of the bolt head. If you have some or know where they can be obtained I'd like to hear from you. Mike Evans may get some made.

If anyone has managed to make a bigger spare wheel cover to fit the larger "modern" tyre size, I'd like to know how.

You know those wood and machine screws and washers, chrome plated in various sizes: examples are the ones that secure the dumb iron covers, the dashboard, the trim . . . I have quite a few missing. When I bought the car I tramped round the field in the long grass finding things with my feet, and there are gaps. Lots! If you have any you'll never use or know of suppliers, I'd like to hear from you.

39 14/16 horn chrome cover and front
Didn't I say - I have a 39 16 too

More to come - ask me.
